Rio Avid Grand Fly Line

The Avid Trout Series Rio Grand Floating Fly Line is ideal for the trout angler with a mid-range budget who is looking for a weight-forward western trout taper that can still perform as a presentation line. The Rio Grand taper is a short, half-size heavy taper design that helps turnover larger flies, especially on modern fast action rods. Rio's Avid Series of fly lines were developed for the keen fly fisher with SlickCast coating and other technologies that combine performance and savings.

• Weight-forward, floating line design in a solid pale green color
• Welded loop on the front and back for fast rigging
• Built with Rio's durable SlickCast coating
• Shorter head length for easy rod loading and turnover
• Total length maxes out at 80'
