Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of tears, scuffs or smells. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@fishingfever.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent, or dropped off at the following address.

If you require a return/refund via shipping, we will generate a shipping label for you and send to you via email. It's up to the customer to affix the label to the parcel, and ship it back to us. 

When we receive the returned item(s) for a refund via shipping, you will charged a $20.00 flat fee, which is taken off the refunded amoiunt, this is to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

For exchanges which would require additional shipping, contact us for a quote to exchange an item. 

Returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards, can only be exchanged for store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $20 flat fee for postage back to us. If the item is not approved for a refund, the customer may be issued store credit, or the item can be sent back to customer. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You also may be refunded, if items in your order are;

Out of stock, not part of the free shipping promotion, not in saleable condition, etc.

We reserve the right to refund purchases, and accept or decline returns at our discretion.
